This is my 2x4 project. My first idea of a system was to make some sort of grid. I tried making different angled grooves in the wood and fitting them together. Then I decided that I would challenge myself and go with the angled cuts that fit together. I cut the 2x4 longways with the ban saw and then made the joints using hand tools. I actually enjoyed working with the wood because it was something different. I do like my final project but it could use some work. If I were to go back I would have to measure better so that every groove lined up exactly.
